How to use: After washing, towel dry the hair, divide into sections corresponding to the desired strand size, and wrap them around appropriately sized rollers. Proceed to apply the permanent wave solution using a plastic dispenser with a spout. Leave on for 15-20 minutes depending on hair type and visually monitor progress. Without removing the rollers, rinse and gently dry the hair, then proceed to apply the neutralizer. Leave on for about 5-10 minutes. Remove the rollers and wash the hair with a gentle shampoo.
