RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Liquid – Brow and Lash Henna Developer

The stabilizing liquid RefectoCil corresponding to 3% hydrogen peroxide, in a practical bottle with an applicator. Very efficient, the contents of the bottle last for at least 200 uses and ensure a hassle-free henna treatment for brows or lashes. The shape of the bottle allows for precise and economical use of RefectoCil Oxidant. Additionally, the dispenser ensures that no contaminants enter the bottle.
