REUZEL is a Dutch barber brand known worldwide, founded by two friends, Leen and Bertus, from the Rotterdam Barbershop - Shorem Haarsnijder en Barbier. The name of the company loosely translates to "lard," hence the pig on the pomade cans and in the logo. Depending on the pomade, it can be a piglet, a pig, or a hog.

The cosmetics have original packaging. Hair styling products are enclosed in metal cans that give the impression of being old, worn, and dirty, while liquid products like shampoos, conditioners, or tonics are in characteristic long-necked bottles. These bottles are modeled after whiskey bottles!

The most popular products are undoubtedly hair pomades – waxy, water-based, creams, and clays. Reuzel pomades have different levels of hold and finishes – matte or shiny. Beard Clean&Fresh Beard Wash

Reuzel Beard Clean&Fresh Beard Wash is a highly nourishing shampoo with excellent cleansing properties. It has a creamy consistency that spreads pleasantly over the beard and the skin underneath.  The Reuzel shampoo effectively removes product residues from the beard, such as beard balms and moisturizing beard oils. It also removes even the greasiest oils. It leaves the beard cleansed, strengthened, and properly moisturized. The last function is due to apricot oil, which is one of the main ingredients of the product.

How to use: Pour a small amount of Reuzel beard shampoo into your hands, then massage thoroughly into the beard and facial skin. After 3 minutes, rinse with lukewarm water. 

Tip: While applying, you can massage the skin under the beard vigorously, which will exfoliate the skin and reduce itching.
