Application

1. As a topper on color

Apply Winter Eclipse 1005 over cured hybrid polish to give it a completely new character. The transparent base does not cover the color, while the black particles and red Cat Eye pearl add depth and multidimensional shine. Before curing, use a magnet to create a hypnotizing light streak.
