Oxidizer

The oxidizer serves two basic roles: first, it allows for the gradual lightening of the natural hair pigment (swollen under the influence of ammonia), and second, it affects the action of the color precursors contained in the coloring cream, thus enabling dyeing.

Therefore, the strength and type of oxidizer are important. The oxidizing strength depends on both the volume of oxygen and the percentage of hydrogen peroxide.
